As our members know, we work very closely with PLR International to support their mission in supporting countries interested in setting up Public Lending Right (PLR) schemes. PLR International will be holding a side event on 28 November 2018 at the 37th sitting of the Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in Geneva.
